A Wellbeing Approach to Addressing Suicide and Mental Health

When serving in the ADF, Australian males are much less likely to die by suicide than the average male, regardless of warlike service. However, the research presents an appalling statistic once that male has left the Australian Defence Forces. The question is: Why is there an increase in suicides and then what can we do that works to help?

Action = actual tools that can be applied in the real world. Hope = evidence that has worked in similar occupations. Transformation = all fighting to win this new battle. We all benefit when a mate makes it through a difficult time.
